2^nd Sustainability Day - Melito Porto Salvo, 2^nd June 2009

Inspired by the positive response to last years' event Pame Ambro decided to organise a 2nd Sustainability Day in Melito Porto Salvo. As last year we are planning to give space to schools, associations, initiatives, farmers, little enterprises wishing to present themselves, their products and projects and to connect with others. What will be new? "Recycle Art"-Workshops during the fair - possibilities to create little pieces of art out of trash. Secondly we are preparing an open-air cinema night with films on the topic. Transformative learning in NFE settings in Europe - Italy 20 - 25 April 2010

Can we bring together theorists and practitioners? What can theorists say to practitioners? and what can practitioners daily facing the challenges to put into practice a transformative appraoch say to theories and theorists?
This international seminar, open to 35 participants in the field of education - both practitioners and educationalists -, offers you the possibility to explore some theories grouped under the name of transformative learning in order to understand their relevance and use in NFE settings and citizenship education activities in Europe with young people.
